By creating an account or using BiteFrame, you accept the terms below. They are written to be readable, not to trick you.
1. The service
BiteFrame lets you photograph a meal, a fridge, a barcode or a label to get a nutritional estimate, keep a journal, track your hydration and workouts, and chat with a conversational assistant.
2. This is not medical advice
Calories, macros, recipes and Coach messages are indicative estimates, generated in part by artificial intelligence. They may be inaccurate. BiteFrame does not replace the advice of a doctor, dietitian or health professional. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, have an eating disorder or follow a specific diet, consult a professional.
3. Your account
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for the confidentiality of access to your account (email, Google or Apple). Notify us in case of unauthorized use.
4. Your content
You remain the owner of your photos and data. You grant us only the technical right to host and have them analyzed in order to provide you the service. You agree not to send illegal content, nor photos of third parties without their consent.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to bypass technical limits or security.
- Do not automate massive use of the service or its AI analyses.
- Do not resell or redistribute the results provided by the application.
6. Premium and trial
Premium increases photo scan and AI coach message limits. The 3-day free trial requires no card, is available once per account and stops automatically without a charge. Monthly and yearly subscriptions, and lifetime access, are sold by Polar, the Merchant of Record. Secure payment by Polar. Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime in the customer portal; access remains active until the end of the paid period. Lifetime access is a one-time purchase with its own scan limits.
7. Availability and changes
We do our best to keep the service available, without guaranteeing uninterrupted access. Features may evolve, be improved or removed.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability cannot be engaged for dietary decisions made based on estimates provided by the application. Consumers' mandatory rights remain fully applicable.
9. Termination
You may stop using BiteFrame and request deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend an account in case of serious breach of these terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by Belgian law. The competent courts are those of the publisher's place of business, subject to the protective rules applicable to consumers.
